Apostille Kite is a technology marketplace connecting customers with independent apostille service providers. We do not issue apostilles. All services are provided by independent vendors.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old.
Vendor subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and auto-renew until cancelled. Vendors are independent contractors, not employees of Apostille Kite.
All in-app communications are monitored by Apostille Kite for safety, quality assurance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. By using the platform you consent to this monitoring.
Customers mail original documents to vendors at their own risk. Apostille Kite is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed documents. Use trackable shipping.
Apostille Kite is not liable for errors by third-party vendors or government processing delays. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the month of the incident.
Governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes resolved in Bexar County, Texas.

Name, email, phone during account creation. Document type, issuing state, destination country. Payment information processed by Stripe. In-app communications. For vendors: business name, pricing, service area.
To match you with apostille providers, to process subscription payments, to send email notifications, to verify vendor credentials, and to resolve disputes.
We share your document details with the vendor you select. We do not sell your personal data. Third-party services used: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Firebase (push notifications).
All in-app messages are stored and may be reviewed by Apostille Kite for safety and dispute resolution. By using the platform you consent to this storage.
Data stored in Supabase with row-level security. Passwords encrypted. Payment card data handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We never store raw credit card numbers.
Request deletion of your account anytime by emailing noah@chickadee.biz. Processed within 30 days.
